I was BIM Manager and designer. I reviewed staff designs for QA/QC, coordinated permitting approval process, organized and maintain project files, developed and mentored staff, supervised and supported production staff, conducted reviews to improve staff performance and assist in establishing training activities, and participated in monthly billing with the accounting department, coordinated monthly billing with accounting department and assisted in the preparation of fee proposals and agreements with the owner.
