I was BIM Manager and Head of architectural department. As part of a multi-disciplined firm, was coordinated with MEP, Site/Civil and Structural Engineers, as well as Construction Project Managers. I prepared and negotiated proposals and contracts with clients and sub-consultants, oversee project scheduling for all project related activities for all parties involved, to ensured projects were completed on time, were within budget, of high quality and fulfill client expectations, managed and assisted with work on all phases of various architectural projects including design development, preparation of presentation drawings and specifications, design review, coordination and correlation of construction drawings and reviewed production drawings and specifications
